The Imperial Hotel is typical of the Victorian beauty of Blackpool. Situated right on the town’s North Promenade, this landmark hotel has spectacular views over the beach and the sea, and offers a level of comfort that harks back to the good old days. There is free use of the stunning swimming pool and leisure suite, and an opulent bar and restaurant to enjoy some downtime and some very fine food.
It’s our Christmas Eve, so hop aboard the Christmas Express and we’ll whisk you away to the splendid Imperial Hotel, right on the North Promenade of Blackpool. You’ll have the chance to get settled in and spruced up before you enjoy a festive themed evening meal with entertainment from the hotel’s own fabulous team.
It’s our Christmas Day, and you’ve got the day off to enjoy the sights and sounds of Blackpool at its best. There is a huge range of entertainment on offer – whether you seek the thrill of The Big One; the UK’s highest roller-coster, or perhaps the more tranquil delights of the amazing Sea Life Centre, there’s something for everyone – and a sherry before your Christmas dinner!
It’s our Boxing Day, so you can take in a matinee performance of the Spirit of Christmas Spectacular at the fabulous Viva; one of the UK’s top entertainment venues. The evening will bring a variety of in-house festive themed entertainment.
It’s our New Year’s Eve, and you won’t need any Mint Cake as you’re going to the home of it: Kendal. Often called the Gateway to the Lake District, this ancient town has a wealth of stunning historic buildings and bridges, as well as museums and fine restaurants to sample, before heading back to the hotel to relax and enjoy a pre-dinner glass of something lovely and bubbly, before a fine supper and seeing in the ‘New Year’.
After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, we’ll board the coach for our homeward journey, popping into the Trafford Centre for a chance to do some Christmas shopping on the way home.
