Aberystwyth X1 and X4

Aberystwyth, once known as the Biarritz of Wales, has been a popular sea-side destination since the Victorians put their stamp on it in the nineteenth century. A day out in this bustling coastal university town has a huge amount to offer, from great shops, bars and restaurants, to a funicular railway that means you can rest your legs going up Constitution Hill, saving them for a promenade along the sea-front which offers views of the spectacular surrounding hills and mountains.

We operate two services to Aberystwyth throughout the summer and autumn months:

The X1

Service runs every Friday from May to October, collecting and/or dropping off passengers from Llanfyllin, Llanfechain, Four Crosses, Llanymynech, Pant, Llynclys, Llansantffraid, Meifod, Llanfair Caereinion, Llanerfyl, Llangadfan, Foel, Mallwyd, Machynlleth and Talybont.

The X4

Service runs on every 2nd and 4th Thursday from May until the end of September and starts off in Welshpool before collecting and dropping passengers at Garthmyl, Newtown, Caersws, Llandinam, Llanidloes, Llangurig, Pont-erwyd, Capel Bangor and Llanbadarn-fawr.

Llandudno Day Trip

Llandudno is renowned for its beautiful North Shore Beach and its 19th Century pier, still featuring traditional arcades and entertainments. Located between the Little and the Great Orme, the town is full of splendid Victorian architecture with a huge variety of attractions and things to do.
